Airport Worker 20 Million Richer After A Scratch Ticket Lunch
Another dream comes true. A California airport worker is 20 million richer after his lunchtime scratch ticket break turned into a windfall.
A working person’s dream is to one day come home to your significant other and say I just quit my job, we’re RICH!!!
Before we get to celebrate the BIG winner, not every winning lottery story ends happy. Many people who win BIG, end up losing bigger.

I know, I’m a buzz kill. But MOST people are not properly trained on how to manage multi-millions of dollars. Sure, it would be fun to try. Here are some lessons from these “winners” who ended up as bigger losers AFTER they won. One nightmare story from popsugar.com:
Evelyn Adams seemed lucky. She won the New Jersey lottery not once, but two times, raking up a prize of over $5.4 million. It didn’t last long, though, as she squandered it on a gambling habit and ended up living in poverty.

Hopefully what happened to Evelyn, won’t happen to you, or this very lucky airport worker.
It was just another ordinary day for San Francisco airport worker Durwin Hickman. According to AOL.com:
Durwin Hickman, a skycap at the San Francisco International Airport, bought the ticket at a liquor store in Hayward, a city about 20 miles east of the airport, the California State Lottery said.
Lottery officials said Hickman bought a $30 “Set For Life! Scratchers” game and played it on his lunch break.
Reportedly, Durwin was so stunned he called his wife to check the ticket to be sure that they won, by sending her a picture. He scratched down to the second to last spot on the ticket to unveil the word LIFE, which paid the $20,000,000!
Durwin says he will use his winnings to create the American dream: buy a house for him and his wife.
