Yes it’s true! Stifler’s Mom made the cut in Time Magazine‘s Most Influential People of 2023!
If you younger people didn’t know, a magazine is like a iPad, but made out of paper, held together with staples.
Each year Time Magazine rolls out an annual issue featuring the people that they feel made the most impact on our life during the year.
This year, they named Taylor Swift as Time’s Person Of The Year.
Also this year, two Massachusetts natives were among the Top 100 Most Influential.
Jennifer Coolidge
Actress Jennifer Coolidge, born in Norwell was named one of Time’s Top 100 most influential people this year.
Coolidge is now one of the most familiar faces from movies and TV. She has won numerous awards for her portrayal of Tanya McQuoid in White Lotus. She is well known for her roles in Legally Blonde, American Pie, Best In Show and The Mighty Wind.
But Jennifer Coolidge is not the only Massachusetts native that made the Top 100 in Time this year.
Time Magazine’s Most Influential In Massachusetts
Born in Ware, Massachusetts, 59 year old Karen Lynch was named one of Time Magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential People of 2023. Karen is the CEO of CVS Health. What’s important to note here, is that Karen Lynch took over CVS Health in 2021, smack dab in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to Time:
After taking the helm at CVS in early 2021, Karen spearheaded efforts to administer COVID vaccines at company pharmacies and more than 40,000 long-term-care facilities. On her watch, CVS also increased vaccine access in vulnerable, low-income communities.
