As we all appreciate the world wide tributes coming in for Eddie Van Halen who passed away Tuesday after a long battle with cancer, I want to share this story.
Eddie, as you may know played the solo guitar section of Michael Jackson’s Beat It. After the first recording, Eddie was told by producer Quincy Jones that his guitar solo was TOO HARD. He had to redo it!
Jaybeau Jones’s radio career has brought him from New York City’s #1 station Z-100 and America’s Top 40 to WROR!
