If you're hosting a Super Bowl party or will be a guest at one then you will want to make Frank’s Red Hot Sauce buffalo chicken dip. It will be one of the most popular dishes on the food table.
Everyone loves a dip. What’s not to like about dips? They’re typically easy to make and even easier to eat. All you need is a good dipping chip or whatever dipping device you like.

In our house we prefer a Frito Scoops chip.  They are tasty with that corn and salty flavor and almost importantly they’re a sturdy dipping chip that doesn’t crack under pressure.

Buffalo chicken dip stampede

Whenever you go to a Super Bowl party you will notice people are usually hovering around the snack table. That’s where the good stuff is, and there is a lot of it. It’s probably the single biggest snacking day on the calendar.  Sure Thanksgiving is a virtual feast with all the fixings but, it’s a sit down dinner that we indulge in all the typical stuff. The Super Bowl is about watching the big game and finding a good seat to hunker down on.

The variety of foods and snacks is enormous with every type of chips and dips. Pizza and sandwiches galore and chili and chowders. Name it and it’s probably on the table.

Buffalo chicken dip goes fast

maybe they call it buffalo chicken dip because it is a virtual stampede from party attendance to the dip. It is usually the first to go on the snack table. We recommend getting to the party early and hope someone brings it. If not, make it yourself and here’s the hottest recipe around, Franks Red Hot Sauce Buffalo Chicken Dip.

And What Do New Englanders Love the Most?

It's less than a month until the Super Bowl, so if you're planning your party, you might want to add MEATBALLS to the list.

BidOnEquipment.com looked at Google data to compile a list of the most popular grub for Super Bowl parties.

And somehow they found that America's TOP CHOICE is meatballs.

The rest of the Top 10 is: Guacamole . . . chips and salsa . . . tater tots . . . chili . . . buffalo wings . . . hummus . . . nachos . . . pigs in a blanket . . . and spinach artichoke dip.

Pizza didn't make the cut, but maybe that's because a lot of people munch on finger foods and snacks.

In a poll, 70% of people say they mainly eat appetizers on Super Bowl Sunday. And 74% say they make their own food for the game, rather than ordering.

Certain foods were only popular in individual states.

People in Delaware like to serve up crab balls.

In Arkansas fried pickles are a favorite. (OMG these are the BEST EVER.)

Floridians love guacamole.

And people living in Oregon can’t get enough of sweet potato fries. (Who can?)

Say what you will about football, but the Super Bowl is must-see TV in the US.

More than 4 in 5 (83%) people are planning to tune into the Big Game this year, and all those people are planning on chowing down.

Nearly 3 in 4 (74%) are planning to make food at home, while 1 in 4 (26%) are ordering out from restaurants, according to BidonEquipment.com

70% of people surveyed admitted they mainly eat appetizers on Super Bowl Sunday, and 1 in 10 shared they usually drink a lot instead of eating food. Nearly 1 in 5 (19%) confessed they normally drink too much, and more than 2 in 5 (41%) shared they often overeat while watching the big game.

Others turn to something other than food and drinks: cannabis. Nearly 1 in 6 (14%) plan on smoking cannabis during the Super Bowl, and 7% plan on consuming cannabis edibles.

So what will New Englanders eat on the day of the big game? Here's the breakdown.
