It all started with a woman’s jokey video last month, where she claimed they were NOT good.

But guess what? Other people are loving them!

And why not? Skip the stress over the perfect flapjack and scoop up scrambled pancakes!

It’s a dream come true for anyone who loves pancakes but struggles to make them just right.

The process is simple and fun. Pour your pancake batter into a pan as usual, but instead of flipping them, scramble them up like you’re making eggs. The result? A pile of tiny pancake pieces that look a lot like funnel cake. Yum!

A video showing how to make them went viral, partly because, well, people didn't watch it all the way through. The woman ends the video saying they don't taste good, which was meant as a joke. But hold on! Folks who actually tried scrambled pancakes swear they're delicious.
