Who Does Halloween Better Than Salem Massachusetts?
Nobody! We’re on to October and no one does Halloween better than Salem Massachusetts!
As a big fan of Halloween, I may be a little biased, but I think everyone needs to go to Salem Massachusetts at least once in their lifetime, especially during the Halloween season.
There’s so much to see and do; psychics, historical tours of Salem, parades, haunted houses, live music and everybody of all ages is in costume! The creativity is off the charts.
People from all over the world come to Salem in October. How lucky are we to live within driving distance of what some people call the Halloween capital of the world.
If you don’t want to drive to Salem, there’s a train that leaves from North Station that only takes about thirty minutes. Or you can take the Salem Ferry out of Boston’s Long Wharf. Or just hop on your broom. 😉
October 1st is tomorrow. Don’t let this month get away from you! Plan to adventure into the belly of the beast for the most fun, month long Halloween celebration, right in our own Salem Massachusetts. You’ll be so glad you did. Salem is such a beautiful, old city, worth a visit anytime of the year but she truly shines this time of year.

If you’re bringing little ones, they’ll for sure enjoy all of the costumes and lights.
