This Couple Does Something In Bed 99% Of Us Won’t Do
The Right Side of the Bed?
This couple does something in bed 99% of won’t do. But first let’s say this, if
you have a significant other you’re probably like most couples that share a bed, you have “your side” and your significant other has “their side”. This is considered the normal way couples go to bed. Once the choice is made, it is most likely never going to change.
Unwritten couple rules.
There are unwritten rules couples adhere to that keep them sane. Such as, where we hang our towels, and bathrobes, we have designated closet spaces. Heck, we have our seats at the dining table or even kitchen table. We have our spaces on the bathroom sink even if you have two sinks, we have a designated bathroom vanity areas. We have our own parking spaces, whether it’s in the garage or the driveway.
What your bedside says about you.
An article in USA Today took a deep dive into the science and psycology of how we choose our sides and what that decision means about your personality.
A study conducted by OnePoll for Slumber Cloud analyzed the sleeping preferences of 2,000 Americans and found that which side of the bed you sleep on is closely correlated to your personality traits. Here’s what you need to know about your snoozing style.
If you sleep on the left side…
You’re likely more left-brained, meaning you’re more imaginative and creative. The results also showed that people who sleep on the left side of the bed prefer oldies music, drama flicks, and beer and often lean more left politically.
If you sleep on the right side…
Then researchers would say you’re probably more right-brained, meaning you’re more analytical and logical. You also may enjoy rock music, action movies, and wine and you likely fall towards the right side of the political spectrum.
@renovatingourhome Okay I really need to know if we are alone in this— do you randomly pick which side of the bed you are going to sleep on or do you sleep on the same side every single night? #bedroom #sleeptok
