Every since Good Will Hunting, the Boston connection and relationship of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have become a movie script of it’s own. They seem to be connected at the hip. We see them in movies, TV guest spots, and in the front row together at the World Series. Throw in the weird third-wheel of Jimmy Kimmel as the wisecracking prankster, no matter where we look, we always seem to find Affleck, Damon with a side of Kimmel. Currently, Kimmel and Damon are in a feud. Is it real?
Dunk’s Figured Us Out
Even though Dunk’s is internationally owned by a U.K. company, they know how to push our LOCAL Boston buttons. First, with the Medford based Dunk’s commercial, with Ben in the Dunk’s drive though. Our town is THE TOWN, (get it?) because that commercial aired first in the Super Bowl.
In the most recent, hysterical Ben Affleck Dunk’s commercial, they somehow connect to Boston several times in just thirty seconds. When you see the commercial below, notice the look on Affleck’s face when the Dunkin’s staff doesn’t recognize him. It’s priceless. I can’t stop watching it.
