Tis' the season!

For those of us who want to tap the breaks on Christmas this year, let me present what we might think is the either the best or worst rendition of Jingle Bells ever performed. This morning I made a "Bobservation" saying that is seems this year we are pushing Thanksgiving out of the way and moving on to Christmas too soon. After all, Thanksgiving is still 10 days away and deserves to be the center of attention at least until Black Friday.

Too much Xmas Too soon?

LBF disagrees with me and thinks it's not too early to break out the holly. In an effort to slow her roll, I made her listen to this little gem we found on Youtube that features an elementary school band during a holiday "concert".

Jingle all the way to fame or infamy?

The video is from 2010 and its whereabouts is unknown to us, but wherever these kids are from or are now 12 years later, they will live on forever.

If you know someone who's overly eager to break out the Christmas decorations and are already playing non stop Yuletide tunes, be sure to play this for them (maybe on repeat) and they will slow down and give Tom Turkey his due!

Is this the best or worst Jingle Bells ever?

What do you think?

I say be sure to share with all your friends so they too can decide! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

While in high school he hosted radio shows on a local radio station, and he has never looked back. Bob joined the US Navy and served onboard the Sixth Fleet Flagship as a radio and TV host. After serving for 3 years, it was off to Emerson College in Boston. Bob hosted shows in Boston on WMEX, WVBF and WSSH in the 80’s and 90’s before heading to radio stations in Raleigh, NC, Manchester, NH, and New York City. Bob has been married for almost 25 years to Carolyn, a Woburn gal and they have 3 daughters, Nicole, Taylor, and Bridget. Bob and Carolyn are proud first-time grandparents to baby Caroline, who they plan to spoil every chance they get! “I started my career in New England and could not be happier to come back to Boston where I can root for all the Boston sports teams and eat lots of lobster rolls and clam chowder (okay not lots)… It is an honor to host the WROR morning show with LBF and wake up the World’s Greatest City!” Bob writes about recipes and restaurants, pop culture and trending topics.
