I have two HUGE tomato plants with tons of tomatoes! Only problem is….almost all of them are still green!

And please don’t say to bread and fry them. I don’t like fried green tomatoes.

I like ’em red and ripe, plain, with a little salt….or drizzled with a little olive oil and a tad of salt and pepper….or between two pieces of good bread (toasted or not) with mayo, salt and pepper….or tossed with fresh pasta, fresh basil and olive oil.

What most of my tomatoes look like.

Only these two are ripening.

I picked the ripe one….and ate it. mmmmmm!!!
