When Memorial Day hits, our attitudes seem to changes from Summer anticipation to, RIGHT NOW. Weshift into outdoor mode. If we have a house, we get our lawn, garden and pools ready to go! Or, maybe it’s a trip North to Lake Winnipesaukee, or South to Newport.

Food

One of the most popular food festivals is the famous Feast Of St. Anthony held on the last Sunday of August in Boston‘s Historic North End. The feast has been celebrated since 1919, when a group of Italians from Montefalcione settled in Boston’s North End. Add to that, did you know that in June, you can visit the Boston Pizza Festival? What about seafood? That’s covered. Hey, middle eastern? Covered! Hungry yet? What if I’m in the mood for RUM? We got your back.

Music

One of the more popular music festivals is the three concert, Boston Calling. With over 60 bands performing, it attracts Summer music lovers from all over the country. With headliners like The Foo Fighters and Alanis Morissette, Boston Calling will be remembered as a top festival this Memorial Day weekend. Sign up here to get email updates for next year!

Or maybe you’re into Jazz? The Cambridge Jazz Festival starts July 29!
