Bruins Rally, Score 4 Third Period Goals, Beat Toronto 7-4 in Game 7!
The Bruins have had a great season playing with a mix of veterans and numerous young players and rookies. After 40 minutes last night it looked like they were going to be golfing next week. But, there were still 20 minutes left!
The B’s rallied for four unanswered third period goals and advanced to face the Tampa Bay Lightning with a 7-4 win over the Maple Leafs in game seven last night at the TD Garden! Rookie Jake Debrusk scored two goals, including the game winner. Each of the Bruins’ top line of Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak scored, adding four assists. Game one against the Lightning is Saturday at 1pm in Tampa.
