Duxbury Man Uses Paddle Board To Get Kids To School After Flooding!

Joe Soares isn’t letting some flooding keep his three kids from going to school. The Duxbury dad has been using his paddle board to bring them from their house to his car, parked on higher ground by a neighbor’s house, since their house is still surrounded by water from last weekend’s Nor’easter!
