Bird, Erving Fined $7,500 for Fighting

Two of the National Basketball Association's biggest stars, Julius Erving and Larry Bird, were each fined '7,500 yesterday for their part in a brawl during a game last Friday night in Boston between the 76ers and the Celtics. Neither player was suspended.
