Follow This One Rule If You Want To Be Happy And Live To 100

If you want to live to 100, a 100-year old TikToker has one piece of advice. But before I get to that, what is it about people wanting to live to 100?

Living until the ripe old age of 100 has become a cherished goal for the masses.

Why?  The allure of longevity. The pursuit of happiness. Maybe you want to see flying cars. Go on more vacations. See how the Kardashian/Kanye kids turn out.

Before we get to a 100 year old woman's one piece of advice on how to live to 100, here's what doctors recommend if you wanna crack the code and join the exclusive Centenarian Club.

Get those buns off the couch

Exercise is the name of the game. Doctors recommend you shake what your mama gave you at least 30 minutes a day. Go for a jog, bust some moves in a Zumba class, or even take your dog for a stroll (they need exercise too, you know). Your body will thank you for it!

Stop eating so much junk

Load up on colorful fruits and veggies like a rainbow on your plate. Say "no gracias" to greasy burgers and say "hola" to lean proteins and whole grains. And don't forget to hydrate like a boss with plenty of water—nature's liquid gold!

Become a party animal

Doctors swear by the power of human connection. Surround yourself with good company, laugh till your belly hurts, and share moments that make life sparkle. Whether it's a game night with friends or a dance-off with your grandkids, keep those social vibes alive!

Zen out

Stress is a buzzkill, my friend. Doctors advise finding ways to unwind, like meditating, practicing yoga, or just indulging in some good ol' me-time. Take a deep breath, exhale the worries, and let the good vibes flow.
