So... The plan was 192 miles in 30 days. Easy! 6.4 miles per day. Then I fell a little behind and I bumped it up to 8.4 miles per day.
To make my 192 mile goal (more info below), I'm riding 8.4 miles a day on my Planet Fitness stationary bike so I needed a new sports bra and... I got stuck!
At this point, I need to do 8.4 miles a day to get to 192 by the end of the month. Life is getting in the way... and I should have a helmet on. I could fall. Really. -LBF
