Updated: BOSTON - Apple crops are exceeding expectations this season. Farmers in the area told the Salem News that they're seeing more apples on trees than ever before. They said early summer rain and relatively warm weather helped the fruit grow. And apples aren't the only crops to spike after last year's drought.
