BREAKING: The Bruce Springsteen concert in COLUMBUS was postponed Thursday night 3-9-23 due to illness. It has not been reported who has been ill. Recent illness’s included Steven Van Zant and Jake Clemons, but those two reporting ill didn’t not postpone the shows. This is the FIRST postponement. We’ll keep an eye on Sunday in Uncasville. Check back here for updates!
Bruce Springsteen in Boston and Foxborough WILL be the BIGGEST shows this year. This ticket is ALWAYS the most sought after ticket for many reasons. We’ll share some of them as well as a comprehensive guide of everything you need to make this concert experience, one to remember. Since the March 20th show at the garden is the closest, we’ll focus on that location.
What Is It About Bruce, The Boss?
While I have always enjoyed his songs, I never understood why people called him: The Boss. Sure, his songs are great, but what’s the OMG, big deal, that people would scream about? I didn’t get it, until I SAW HIM, LIVE. In the 1990’s a friend offered me an extra ticket to join him and some friends in Chicago to see Bruce and his famous E Street Band. I have seen MANY great artists, like Elton, Billy Joel and Phil Collins, LIVE. Springsteen was different. Other artists, you see, hear. Bruce Springsteen, is felt.
Standing On The Piano
At one point during the show, Bruce jumped on a grand piano, and continued to play song after song, for AN HOUR. The energy, HIS ENERGY came off the stage and INTO my bones. I felt like he was playing TO me. OK….NOW, I get it. THAT’s what everyone is talking about. By the way, I only had two beers. It wasn’t that. So, I can honestly say, seeing Springsteen was a once in a lifetime event I hope you get to experience.
Two Shows
There are actually TWO shows in the area that you can still get tickets for, as of this posting:
March 20 at TD Garden
August 24th at Gillette Stadium
Does Bruce Have New Music?
