A puppy is going viral for his unique condition: He has an extra tail coming out of his forehead.

According to People, the puppy was discovered at Mac’s Mission animal rescue service in Jackson, Missouri. They specialize in dealing with dogs with special needs. A rep for the rescue service talks about the puppy and says his nickname is “Narwhal the Little Magical Furry Unicorn.” They also add that the second tail doesn’t wag and has ‘no real use other than making him the COOLEST PUPPY EVER!'”

In a Facebook post, the animal rescue posted an x-ray of the puppy and explained that doctors have not found any reason why the tail needs to be removed.
