GALLERY: Tips For Working From Home
Here are a few tips on how you can be the most productive from your home office as you work through telecommuting over the coming days.

With ever-evolving guidelines on the Coronavirus outbreak from our state and local governments, many people who are able to do their jobs remotely have been asked by their employers to telework for the foreseeable future.
Here are a few tips on how you can be the most productive from your home office as you work through telecommuting over the coming days.
Get Dressed!

Sure, you're not leaving your house (that's kinda the point), but you should still make it a point to shower and get dressed. It'll feel more normal for you.
Set Up A Dedicated Workspace!

Your kids are home from school, so are other family members. Plus, there's distractions abound. Find a spot in your home and treat it like your office.
Set a Schedule

Stick to your normal work hours. Line up your tasks, and when you've worked through them for the day, log off. You need to keep your work/life balance.
Exercise!

Make sure you make time to get up and move around. Try and exercise before you start work for the day (or after, if that's better for you.)
Stay Connected!

There's plenty of conference call and video conference apps and programs out there. Your company is bound to use one of them. Stay connected with your co-workers to remain productive and make the isolation feel just a little less.
Take Breaks!

Experts say you should work in 35-minute incriments. Get up, take a quick breather. Walk around. Stretch. Get a glass of water or another cup of coffee. You'll feel refreshed and be more productive.
