Here’s Why You Should Never Squish A Stink Bug

As the name might imply, the bug will let out a terrible smell when frightened. If crushed, as one might do when seeing a bug indoors, an odor producing liquid is released, which has been described as skunk-like or even like rotting cilantro.
Exterminators say it’s best to just leave them alone since they don’t carry diseases and aren’t destructive. But if you are absolutely grossed out by the idea of bugs in the home, try vacuuming them up.
Stink bugs originally hail from Asia but have made their way into 43 states across the US since 1998.
Has anyone tried this?
