We use Uber all the time and have met some awesome people. We had great Uber stories and Uber wanted us to share it.

Jaybeau:

“Last Year My Then Fiance Left A Piece Of Her Luggage A The Airport.  My Driver Turned Around, No Problem Took Us Back To Get And Waited For Us!  I Like The Idea That His Son Is A Driver Though.”

Hank:

“UBER Made Such A Huge Difference In My Life When I Broke My Ankle, Last September! After Surgery, I Couldn’t Walk For Four Months. Going From Room To Room In My House Was A Major Task. I Could Always Count On Uber, Though.

My Favorite Memory Is One From A Dark, Rainy, Gloomy Wednesday. This Past Fall We Had A TON Of Rain And This Particular Day It Was Pouring Outside. I Called UBER To Take Me To Work At 4:30 In The Morning And, Just As Always, They Were Right On Time! What Made That Day An Especially Bright One, Was The Driver Helped Me Down My Front Steps So I Didn’t Have To Go Down On My Back Side Like I Normally Did. He Also Was Holding An Umbrella Over My Head So I Wouldn’t Be Drenched By The Time I Got To The Car. THEN, He Went Back And Got My Knee Scooter I Used To Get Around At Work And He Put It In The Trunk For Me, With My Crutches.

When We Got To The Radio Station, He Repeated The Same Exact Steps To Help Me Get Into The Building. He Also Did It With A Great Big Smile And You Could Tell He Was Happy To Help Me! It’s THAT Type Of Customer Service That Makes UBER So GREAT!!

It Made An Otherwise Difficult Situation 100 Percent Easier And His Kindness Started My Day On Such A Positive Note! It Was A Great Day!!!”

We want you guys to tell us about your Uber experience. A time when they saved the day, brightened your afternoon, or changed your life. Tell us your story by entering it here. We’ll pick our favorites and read ’em on air.
