Bob is a native New Englander, growing up (sorta) in Maine where his love for radio started at a very young age. While in high school he hosted radio shows on a local radio station and he has never looked back.
Bob joined the US Navy and served onboard the Sixth Fleet Flagship as a radio and TV host after serving for 3 years it was off to Emerson College in Boston. Bob has hosted shows in Boston on WMEX, WVBF and WSSH in the 80’s and 90’s before heading to radio stations in Raleigh, NC, Manchester NH and New York City.
Bob has been married for almost 25 years to Carolyn , a Woburn gal and they have 3 daughters, Nicole, Taylor and Bridget. Bob and Carolyn are proud first time grandparents to baby Caroline, who they plan to spoil every chance they get!

LBF – Lauren Beckham Falcone
Lauren Beckham Falcone is the co-host of the ROR Morning Show with Bob Bronson, LBF and Brian.
Formerly an award-winning reporter and columnist for the Boston Herald, she credits her current success as a pop culture commentator to watching too much TV as a kid and scouring the internet too much as an adult.
LBF is a regular contributor to NECN and is an honorary board member at the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress.
Lauren lives in Canton with her husband Dave and her daughter Lucy.
Brian Bell has been an Executive Producer in the radio industry for more than two decades, starting as an intern with WROR back in the early ’90s.
In addition to producing, Brian is also an on-air personality with the ‘ROR Morning Show, bringing his vast knowledge of “Friends”, Boston sports and Amazon Prime purchases to audiences in the Greater Boston area. He’s also the co-host of the Wicked Fast Podcast, covering all things NASCAR.
Brian lives in West Bridgewater with his wife, two children and their rescue dog. He can sometimes can be found coaching kids sports when no one else will. He also enjoys hanging out in the backyard, mowing the lawn and drinking beer (gluten free), sometimes all at the same time.
Brian occasionally escapes the house to ride his bike to raise thousands of dollars for the Pan-Mass Challenge, which benefits Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund.
