Bag Policy

I start with this one, because it's a big one if we get it wrong. It means a HIKE back to the car, and we miss the first two songs! From Gillette:

Only clear plastic bags that comply with the Gillette Stadium Bag Policy are allowed into Gillette Stadium on ALL ticketed event and game days. This policy is in effect for all Gillette Stadium ticketed events. Click here for size types allowed. 

NO More Physical Tickets!

At Gillette they do not use physical tickets anymore! All ticket transactions at Gillette are mobile transactions using your mobile phone on The Gillette Mobile APP.  For more important information on this click here. Make sure your phone is charged!

If you need to transfer your tickets to someone else, click here. 

Tickets to all events at Gillette Stadium will be accessible via mobile device only. Fans can access and manage mobile tickets via the Gillette Stadium App which is available on the App Store (for iPhone users) and Google Play Store (for Android users). It is recommended that you add your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay to beat busy network connections at the game or event.

All Cash Transactions Are CASHLESS

Gillette Stadium is now a completely cashless stadium. Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium. Event attendees will be able to utilize one of our new Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash to Visa® prepaid cards. Visa® prepaid cards will be valid anywhere Visa® is accepted. Security Assistance

We believe that all patrons should have a fun and safe visit to Gillette Stadium. Please make our security team aware of any and all issues so they can be solved in a timely and professional manner.

If you require security assistance or want to anonymously report inappropriate fan behavior during an event, you should:

  • Text 50894, call (800) 280-9529, or email customerservice@gillettestadium.com. Tell us your issue and location and we will respond.
  • Tell a uniformed staff member or police officer.
  • Visit our Guest Services booths located on both the Main and Upper Concourses at midfield

 

Parking and Tailgating

4 Hours Prior to Kickoff/Concert

LOT CLOSE TIMES:
 2 Hours postgame for day games
Immediately after game concludes for night games

TAILGATING:
Yes, but no open flames

Stadium Side: $60 *Prepaid Only
General P10/11: $30
Delayed Exit Lot: FREE
Buses, Limos, RVs, Sprinter/ Econoline vans: $150

Alcohol

Good to read:

Fans who consume alcohol are encouraged to drink responsibly.

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.
  • The only IDs accepted at Gillette Stadium are valid, non-expired driver's licenses, and Government-issued state identification cards, passports or Military IDs showing picture and a birthdate.
  • Duplicate and expired licenses, liquor IDs, birth certificates, police badges, or any other forms of identification are not accepted at Gillette Stadium.
  • Each person may purchase no more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any one time.
  • All alcohol sales will be discontinued in the third quarter of Patriots games.
  • Sales may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of stadium management.
  • Questions can be directed to the Guest Services booths located at mid-field on both the east and west sides of the Main and Upper Concourses.
  • Patrons younger than 25 with out of state IDs must visit one of the Guest Services booths for an ID check before purchasing alcohol.
