These are some of our favorite actors!

You don't have to like someone to work with them.  And that's just as true in Hollywood as it is anywhere else.  Here are some examples of co-stars who did NOT get along:

1. Dustin Hoffman and Meryl Streep, "Kramer vs. Kramer".

They were playing warring spouses, but Meryl felt Dustin "overstepped" when he ad-libbed a SLAP that made it into the movie. Dustin later apologized.

2. Winona Ryder and Gary Oldman, "Bram Stoker's Dracula".

Winona says they got along fine during rehearsals, but things changed when they started shooting, and she, quote, "felt like there was a danger."

3. Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy, "Mad Max: Fury Road".

They were already not getting along when Tom showed up to the set three hours late one day. Charlize let him have it, and he got right in her face. Charlize felt threatened, and requested protection for the remainder of the shoot.

4. Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn, "Four Christmases".

Reese is pretty meticulous about rehearsing and learning lines, while Vince likes to ad-lib. The tension it caused was bad enough that they cut a sex scene from the movie, because Reese didn't even want to pretend to be intimate with him.

5. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, "The Notebook".

Sure, they ended up dating for two years . . . but they couldn't stand each other at first. They had to work out their issues in a meeting with the producer and director where they, quote, "started screaming and yelling at each other."

6. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, "The X-Files".

Gillian once said, quote, "There were definitely periods when we hated each other . . . We didn't talk for long periods of time. It was intense, and we were both pains in the [butt] for the other at various times."

After serving for 3 years, it was off to Emerson College in Boston. Bob hosted shows in Boston on WMEX, WVBF and WSSH in the 80’s and 90’s before heading to radio stations in Raleigh, NC, Manchester, NH, and New York City. Bob has been married for almost 25 years to Carolyn, a Woburn gal and they have 3 daughters, Nicole, Taylor, and Bridget. Bob and Carolyn are proud first-time grandparents to baby Caroline, who they plan to spoil every chance they get! “I started my career in New England and could not be happier to come back to Boston where I can root for all the Boston sports teams and eat lots of lobster rolls and clam chowder (okay not lots)… It is an honor to host the WROR morning show with LBF and wake up the World’s Greatest City!” Bob writes about recipes and restaurants, pop culture and trending topics.
