On this beautiful day, we celebrate and honor the memory of our loved ones. You can bring a special gift to hospice patients and help ensure that each patient gets the care they need and deserve. Anyone can participate… corporate teams, school teams, family teams and individuals. Each year, more than 1,000 participants join together to support Old Colony Hospice, with proceeds going directly to patient care.
