Come join North Andover’s teen Samantha Martens in a National Day of Service and Remembrance, to be held on Town Common. This will include participation in a national moment of silence at 1 p.m. Martens is also collecting care packages and letters to the troops serving overseas, which will be given to Boston Cares.
