The autism community has been profoundly impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, and that’s why your support is more crucial than ever. To help keep our community supported while protecting the health and safety of participants, volunteers and staff, Autism Speaks is launching a virtual 5K that will promote kindness throughout New England.
Whether in a park, around town or on a treadmill, the miles participants run or walk in the New England 5K will make a BIG impact. Every registered participant will receive a commemorative event shirt and finisher medal to show off their commitment to kindness.
Autism Speaks is counting down to World Kindness Day on November 13 with a bold goal to achieve one million acts of kindness, big and small. Participants are invited to complete this race any time between Friday, November 13 and Sunday, November 15 as an act of kindness as we aim to create a more inclusive, understanding and accepting world for people with autism.
