We hear your cases every weekday at 7:40am. Today’s case, Stacy runs a flower shop. Her husband works at a large company, and his boss mentioned that his daughter was looking for a summer job. Her husband offered a job at the flower shop in hopes that it would put him in good graces with his boss amidst talk of a promotion. The girl is an awful employee, is always on her phone, always calls out sick and doesn’t follow any sort of professional dress code. Stacy doesn’t know what she should do!
