The Biebers apparently didn't get the Do Not Disturb memo. As Justin Bieber, 25, and Hailey Baldwin, 22, get ready for their lavish wedding at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina on Monday, some of the hotel's guests are reportedly complaining that the nuptials are messing with their stay.
