Ross Dress for Less To Open First Massachusetts Store at Liberty Tree Mall

Ross Dress for Less plans to open a new store at Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, Massachusetts, at 100 Independence Way. The new store would occupy approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space in the former Off Broadway Shoes location.

According to a Connecticut Scoop report, the deal is contingent on finalizing the lease and obtaining construction permits.

The Danvers location would mark the first Ross Dress for Less location in Massachusetts. While the chain currently does not operate stores in the state, it is seeking to open new locations in West Springfield and Chicopee. The company has been slowly expanding its presence along the East Coast, opening stores in Connecticut and New York over the past year.

Ross Dress for Less markets itself as a discount retailer offering clothing, shoes, home decor, and related items, positioning its products similarly to those of brands such as TJ Maxx and Marshalls.
