There's more to Fenway Park than just baseball. The iconic venue, which opened in 1912, has hosted scores of games, concerts, and programs over the last century. Whether you're a first-time guest or you've been a Fenway regular, use the following refresher to help you prepare for a grand experience at Fenway before you arrive:

Bag Policy

Fenway Park enforces a strict MLB-compliant bag policy limited to 12-by-12-by-6 inches.

Fenway offers a bag service through a third-party locker company for those with noncompliant bags. This locker is located in a truck on top of the Lansdowne Garage across from Gate E.

The Fenway Park website has more details about bag restrictions.

Hotel Accommodations

Nearby hotel accommodations range from The Verb Hotel and Residence Inn Boston to 28 Fenway, as well as various home rentals for visitors.

Parking

Parking around Fenway is limited and costly. Guests attending events can prepay for parking via SpotHero. Typical day-of-event prices range from approximately $100 to $200, depending on location.

Seating

Seating for concerts shifts from the seating arrangement for baseball games at Fenway. NESN.com offers a diagram of the seating for games versus concerts.

Tickets

Fenway Park uses mobile tickets for all events. Guests need to display their ticket passes on their mobile phones to enter. Screenshots and physical tickets will not be scanned or accepted.

Transportation, Rideshare, and Taxis

Drop-off and pick-up zones for rideshare, taxi, and bus service are mainly along Lansdowne Street and Brookline Avenue. The MBTA Green Line E is recommended for public transit.

More information about Fenway Park's rules and regulations is available on the New England Sports Network website.
