Twisted Fate Brewing, a family- and woman-owned nanobrewery, officially opened its new taproom at Beachmont Square in Revere, Massachusetts. Twisted Fate Brewing is the first retail tenant at the Suffolk Downs redevelopment site.
The taproom opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 4, attended by city and state officials, including Revere Mayor Patrick Keefe. Saturday's opening coincided with Revere's Fall Festival, held outside the taproom at The Yard @ Beachmont Square.
Located at 64 Salt St., the new Beachmont Square setting is Twisted Fate Brewing's second location, following its original in Danvers. Twisted Fate features a rotating selection of craft beers, including exclusive brews like Paul Revere. The venue also offers food and plans to open a seasonal outdoor patio next spring.
“Twisted Fate is Revere's first brewery, bringing a new atmosphere to our Beachmont neighborhood. We're excited to see them succeed,” said Keefe in a statement shared with the Boston Real Estate Times.
“Twisted Fate sets the tone for what's to come,” said Thomas N. O'Brien, CEO of HYM, in a statement provided to the Boston Real Estate Times. “It's a welcoming space that brings energy and connection to Beachmont Square — a preview of the vibrant neighborhood we're building at Suffolk Downs.”
The opening of Twisted Fate Brewing's taproom is part of a broader development plan at Beachmont Square. These plans call for nine new retail concepts in the Amaya building, the first residential element at Suffolk Downs. Upcoming tenants include The Point Barre and Yoga, expected to open later in the fall.
BLACKLINE Retail Group is overseeing retail leasing efforts at Beachmont Square.
