You have only a few days left to sample some of the best Massachusetts-made craft beer during Mass Beer Week, which runs through March 8. The weeklong event features exclusive beer tastings, releases, live entertainment, brewery tours, and special events for craft beer enthusiasts and casual beer drinkers.

"Mass Beer Week is a time to showcase the incredible creativity and passion of our local breweries," said Katie Stinchon, executive director at the Mass Brewers Guild, in a statement provided to the Patch of Waltham. "Whether you're a hophead, a lager lover, or just enjoy supporting local businesses, there's something for everyone."

In Waltham, for example, you can enjoy a brew from Mighty Squirrel paired with a menu item from the following food truck vendors:

  • Friday: Chicken & Rice Guys and Tandoor & Curry on Wheels
  • Saturday: Tauqeria Mariana and Kith & Kin

You also have some time to get in on the brewery passport. People who visit all participating breweries in Central Massachusetts, Marlborough, Hudson, or Somerville can be entered into a drawing for a grand prize filled with brewery merchandise and gift cards.

This year's commemorative glassware is a 16-ounce Willi Blecher glass designed by local artist Meredith Price. It is available at participating breweries for $6 while supplies last.

Visit the Massachusetts Brewers Guild website to view a full list of participating breweries for Mass Beer Week.
