It takes a brave person to ask a plastic surgeon what they think you should change about your face. Most of us don’t want to the answer to that question because they can be brutally honest and see all that can be fixed.

A few of us who are very confident about our faces. When you look in the mirror, do you see a perfect face with absolutely no flaws? If you do, congratulations, but most of us look in the mirror and see a lot of imperfections. Most of us choose to live with these facial imperfections, but there are millions of us that would like to change a few things.

In today’s world, if there’s anything about your face that you want changed, it can be done. Plastic surgeons can alter everything from your nose, cheekbones jaw, lines, wrinkles, and even give you a new chin.

It seems whenever you are watching a movie, or a reality show on bravo you see people who have altered their faces. Most of these changes are obvious to the eye. My wife and I just watched a TV series on Netflix starring Nicole Kidman. She is 57 years old, but her face is as polished and free of wrinkles as an 18 year old.
Is this the way we should live?

Even if you don’t want to go under the knife, so to speak, you can still have Botox shots that can clear up wrinkles. And you can also get fillers to plump up your cheeks and while you’re at it you can have your lips plumped up too.

For me I choose to age gracefully and have no intention to either get Botox or go under the knife, and if I were to ask a plastic surgeon what they would recommend I do about my face, I already know the answers.
