Gilmore Girl In Massachusetts, Coming To Wilbur
Ok I’m not gonna lie. I don’t think I have seen ONE episode of The Gilmore Girls. So when you read Gilmore Girl In Massachusetts, one may ask, “did this author lose a bet?” Why do I know so much about it? Well, for one, it’s one of my wife’s FAVORITE shows. So I have these fun facts burnt into my head:
It takes place in a fictitious Connecticut town called Stars Hollow-
Luke’s is the cool diner, run by a possible Lorelai love interest-
Rory, Lorelai’s daughter wants to go to Harvard-
Lauren Graham actually appeared on a Seinfeld episode as Jerry’s one-time girl friend-
Who doesn’t remember her in Parenthood?
So yes, that’s proof that I listen to my wife’s recaps of the Gilmore Girls repeats. Add to that I have met Scott Peterson, who play’s Luke. So WHY am I writing this?
I am actually a fan of Lauren Graham.
Gilmore Girl In Massachusetts
Yes, fans of Lorelai are rejoicing as Lauren Graham is coming to Boston to promote her book, Have I Told You This Already? It should prove to be a fun chat about her fun life at the Wilbur Theater November 14th. Because of the ongoing writers and actors strike, she may be limited of what topics she can talk about regarding her acting career, and The Gilmore Girls. But, let’s hope by November, the strike is resolved.
According to her book bio, she a THREE time best selling author, with two other successful books, in addition to her current book:
She is currently an executive producer on the Disney+ show The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, in which she also stars. She is the three-time New York Times bestselling author of In Conclusion, Don’t Worry About It; Talking as Fast as I Can; and the novel Someday, Someday, Maybe.
As part of her tour, you can get her new book, autographed, and actually meet Lauren. So, on November 14 at the Wilbur, you may see me there, tagging along with my wife Heidi, holding her purse, while she gets to meet Lorelai.
