I have had a Hamilton Beach Electric Carving Knife for almost 30 years now and it only comes out once a year to do it's job, carve the turkey. The good news is, you can still buy one to this day they are still available and probably a heck of lot better than mine.
Carve it up!
If you don't own own, you should get one for the family as a gift that will keep giving for years to come.
Here's a photo of my wife and I holding this year's turkey right out of the oven. Isn't it gorgeous? (My wife is pretty to look at too).

To be honest, my wife does all the cooking when it comes to Thanksgiving Dinner, and my job is to carve the turkey and plate it so it looks like we know what we're doing and an electric knife does the job. I still have the original box that it came in so many years ago and it goes back in storage till next year. My trusty not rusty old friend, see you next year!
