Bad Blood: Taylor Swift Ticket Nightmare Leaves Massachusetts Fans Frustrated
The Taylor Swift ticket nightmare has left Massachusetts fans – especially moms! – with Bad Blood.
They can’t decide if Ticketmaster or Swift herself is the Anti-Hero.
Tickets for the Grammy-winning pop star’s Eras tour went on presale this morning at 10 a.m.
Swift is playing Gillette Stadium May 19, 20, and 21, 2023.
But as soon as the clocked turned 10:01, fans experienced Ticketmaster TORTURE.
Something fans know All Too Well.
From DKNation.com:
Ticketmaster’s verified fan presale for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is going about as badly as it possibly could — a crashing website that wouldn’t allow fans to log in, messages saying that accounts weren’t connected to a verified code when they were, and a paused queue that lasted nearly three hours are just some of the struggles that the site is facing today.
I was one of the moms who were desperately trying to get tickets.
Of course, I THOUGHT I was a verified fan. But I guess I wasn’t.
(It’s me. Hi. I’m the problem, it’s me.)
TAYLOR! LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO!
I signed on as my husband, as me, as a Capital One customer. Then I was waitlisted.
At 10:15, I gave up. A few minutes later,I was angry, frustrated and desperate.
I couldn’t Shake it Off.
So, I turned to Facebook.
“ABOUT TO SELL MY SOUL FOR TAYLOR SWIFT TICKETS. Anyone else? And these presale offerings are LIES!”
The response was “I am so stressed,” wrote Karen, a mom.
“In the same boat, mom of three girls,” replied Kelley.
“Prices are outrageous. Plus pay for parking? That right there is GREED,” wrote Jan.
Some people got through and were waiting in a queue 2000 people deep.
Others were about the buy tickets…then Ticketmaster crashed.
“I got a presale code, sat in the Ticketmaster queue, go into tickets, nothing would load in my cardand then it crashed and kicked me back into the queue,” Stephanie lamented.
Some succeeded. Karen got six tickets for Sunday. Ryan got his. Even BOB’S DAUGHTER GOT THEM.
You can, too. If you want to pay 5 GRAND per ticket. Thanks StubHub!
And the Capitol One presale has also been pushed back until Wednesday at 2 p.m. local venue time for all shows, and Ticketmaster ensured customers that “all codes and links sent via text will still work at that time.”
Cancel that Zoom meeting with your boss!
Here are some reactions on Twitter, because, if you can’t get something accomplished, the only thing to do is complain ONLINE!

ticketmaster is like “we’re sorry about all the technical problems, this demand was unexpected” as if taylor swift isn’t one of the biggest artists in the galaxy
