The One Habit That Happy Couples Do Together
What is the one habit that happy couples do together according to a survey of happy couples? It’s probably not what you think it is.
I do know that my wife Carolyn and I only do it on weekends, that also goes for LBF and Dave and probably same for Brian and his wife Cate.
If you think it’s cooking together, nope and it’s not working together or doing chores or playing gin rummy and it’s not even as one of our listeners says, “brown chicken, brown cow” I don’t want to explain what that is.
So, what is the One Habit That Happy Couples Do Together?
The answer is, they to go to bed together.
That’s it, whatever happens after that is none of my business, but according to psychologists it is very important for lots of reasons.
Maybe it’s just that you and your partner and are all alone after a long day and can chat, read, watch tv or… you know.
I can’t agree more.
I mean where else would you rather be?
Here’s an article from Psychology Today to give you more in depth information to show your partner.
