I mean, c'mon. Lay on your back in your yard and look up at that sky; infinity. There's no way the Universe is not teeming with life. Just look at all the different life forms on this planet alone.
Add to that all of the firsthand stories of sightings and abductions all over the planet, throughout the history of the world, and yea, we are not alone in this vast cosmos. No way.
