Nirvana Album Cover. Is This A Real Issue Or A Money Grab

Nirvana Nevermind, one of the most recognizable album covers, it came in at number 7 on Billboard’s list of “The 50 Greatest Album Covers of All Time”. Did you ever think of it as being “improper” in any way?
I didn’t. Never even considered it. But maybe I’m wrong as I’m not the kid on the cover.
Spencer Elden is that kid. And he has some thoughts of growing up being ‘that kid’:
Elden said some people think it’s cool that he’s “the Nirvana baby.” But, he added, women he dated would dump him when they found out he wasn’t making any money off it. And having friends talk about the naked photo was embarrassing, especially without any compensation to offset that humiliation, he said.
