It was a phenomenon…
During the lockdown, millions in the workforce showed management that they can be trusted to work from home.
In fact some internal company studies say work-from-home productivity was higher than in-office work. Millions adjusted their home life, creating work spaces at home, got used to saving on gas money, and wearing weekend clothes Monday through Friday.
But now, as the much awaited back to normal is NOW, many don’t want it so normal.
You can argue that working from home has it’s perks. But at times, when I was doing my show daily from HOME during the pandemic, it felt odd not seeing co-workers who I enjoyed seeing daily.
WROR feels like family. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones.
