Manifest Fans Are “LOST”
Is it LOST all over again?
To the disappointment of millions, NBC canceled it’s very popular show Manifest after three, confusing, but entertaining seasons.
The show features a group of people that board a plane, that disappears and then, reappears five years later. But to the shock of the passengers on the manifest, time stood still. To the family and friends of the plane people, life to them was five years later.
This show had all of the makings of great TV like the Twilight Zone meeting LOST.
But to some viewers, (like my wife) Manifest took too long to give us answers. So Heidi was not surprised when she heard of the cancelation.
I however, have NOT seen the two hour finale, which friends say, was great. I will catch up this weekend.
Maybe Manifest will end up on the NBC streaming service, Peacock. Oddly, seasons one and two are in the Netflix top 10.
After being disappointed with almost every finale over the past ten years, with the biggie being LOST, here’s my unanswered cliff hanger: do I want to add ANOTHER service?
