In the beautiful beach community of Ocean Beach Maryland, there is a fight in court. It's not your usual stuff, like voter rights, or union stuff.

It's the right to be topless at the beach. A women's group is arguing that it's legal for MEN to be topless, but not for women. Speaking as a man, some should keep the top ON.

Now that's an oral argument for the ages.
