The Big Ten and Pac-12 are reportedly voting to cancel the 2020 football season, according to sports personality Dan Patrick, and will officially announce the news Tuesday (Aug. 11).

According to Patrick, the Big Ten presidents voted, 12-2, to skip the season. Nebraska and Iowa, Patrick said, were the only teams that voted to play.

No word yet on whether or not the ACC, Big 12 and SEC will play this year, but the SEC is apparently inviting some other schools to join the conference, according to Patrick, in an effort to save the season.
