It has occurred to me...something is very strange on the set of Ellen..

If you haven't heard, the Ellen Show has come under heavy scrutiny in the press after many former employees have come out to say that the work environment on the show is toxic and hurtful. After waiting for a period of time, Ellen has come out and apologized saying that she was not aware of this problem and vows to look into it.

It wasn't that long ago that Ellen was considered by some as a media an American treasure. She seemed to hob-knob with the biggest celebs, from Hanks, to Taylor Swift. She was even given the Presidential Medal of Honor, the highest award that a civilian can get from a President of the United States.

I'm surprised that no one, or at least none of her notable guests and friends have come out in her defense. What could that mean?

I will be honest: I always thought Ellen was a very funny and creative comic. I think her show is innovative and entertaining. I hope that they can fix this problem and lead by example.

You know Hollywood is about to get an overhaul, when Tom Hanks moves to Greece. Stay tuned.
