If so, you’re apparently not alone.

And doesn’t it generally seem to come down to bureaucracy, incompetence and ….. money.

I’ve been following the RMV saga of a friend of mine. He wasn’t interviewed for this story but some of his words were used from emails exchanged as he attempted to resolve his particular and similar issue.

For weeks, Mike Murphy's new Honda Civic has been parked inside his parents' barn, gathering dust. The 21-year-old logged about 1,000 miles behind the wheel after he bought the car in April.
