Some might argue, if you have to wait more than 100 years for a championship, you earn the right to brag about undying loyalty.
That devotion is why Chicago Cubs fans have been named one of the most loyal in Major League Baseball, at least according to Forbes.
But while the Cubs have a storied past, it’s still not enough for their fan base to beat the Fenway Faithful here in Boston.
Red Sox fans also had to wait 86 years before winning the 2004 World Series.
Forbes made the rankings based on things like local TV ratings, stadium attendance, social media following, and merchandise sales.
