LA City Council urges MLB to strip Red Sox, Astros of World Series titles

The Los Angeles City Council is giving its best effort to try and get the Dodgers the two championships they felt they were robbed of in the wake of Major League Baseball's sign-stealing scandal.According to an ESPN report, the council unanimously approved a resolution Tuesday that urges MLB to strip
