Sammy Hagar and Rick Springfield are among a list of artists performing at an upcoming tribute show honoring the late Eddie Money.
The event is taking place February 20 at The Canyon at The Saban in Beverly Hills, Ca. Hagar and Springfield will be joined by George Thorogood, John Waite and Mickey Thomas, as well as some special surprise guests for this show, benefiting both MusiCares and The USC Eddie Money Cancer Research Fund. Money’s family will also attend the event.

Money died on September 13, 2019 due to complications from heart valve replacement surgery. He was also battling esophageal cancer and had gone public with his diagnosis only weeks before his passing. He was 70 years old.
